Parish Picnic - Queenship of Mary Feast Day

Our Queenship of Mary Feast Day Picnic is on

Sunday August 23rd from 10:00am - 2:00pm.

The picnic will be at the Parish Hall, Church parking lot and adjacent field.

Please join us the FREE food, FUN games, fellowship, and live entertainment from 12:00pm - 12:00pm.

Volunteers needed: Volunteer sign-up sheets will be on a table in the Narthex after the Masses in June and July. Thank you for volunteering in advance.

Volunteers Meeting: We will have 2 meetings held in the Parish Hall on

Saturday July 11 from 9:00am - 11:00am

Saturday August 22 from 1:00pm - 3:00pm

Importance Notice: To ensure we have enough food, volunteers will be set up in the Narthex to hand out tickets after Mass on the following dates:

July 25&26, August 1&2, August 8&9

Food order & ticket redemption: Hang on to your tickets. You will need to bring this ticket to get your food.

Equipment Needed: Do you have a tent (min. 10'x10') we can borrow for the picnic?
