Women’s Lenten Retreat

Ladies’ Lenten Retreat – A Day to Listen, Rest, and Reconnect with God

Come away for a day of quiet prayer and return home with greater peace, clarity, and confidence in your relationship with God.

All women are invited to attend a Ladies’ Lenten Retreat at Regina Mundi Parish on Saturday, March 7, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

This retreat offers a peaceful opportunity to step away from daily distractions and create space to listen more deeply to God during the Lenten season.

Through guided reflection, a meditative prayer experience, time in Eucharistic Adoration, and an afternoon session on temperament, participants will gain greater confidence in personal prayer and a deeper understanding of how God uniquely speaks to and meets each person. The day is designed to be gentle, welcoming, and accessible for women at all stages of faith.

The retreat will be facilitated by Theresa Matters, Catholic mindset coach and parishioner at Regina Mundi Parish.

Light refreshments and snacks will be provided; participants are encouraged to bring their own lunch or make lunch plans.

The cost is $25. Advance registration is required.
